WOW!, Change H Raws and the First new Oto Nyan Release!

So, I know it's short, but this Oto Nyan one shot is gorgeous just like Wadapen's contribution to the first issue, so it's our first release this time around too.  Not too much to editorialize about with this one, since it's so short.
Prologue DDL

Change H Red came out about a week ago, and we finally finished the scanning and uploading process so that we can make all the stuff we won't be translating public.  We're holding back a couple of one-shots (Me and Kawase got a sequel one-shot, and so did R.B.I, so we'll be doing those) and the new Balance Policy chapter.  Everything else is in there.  Also, I did do cropping and rotation fixes on these, so they're a little nicer for people who are snagging them just to look at, rather than to use for scanlation.  On that note, someone cleaned up the Green and Purple scans, so we've got a reupload for those that's a little easier on the eyes as well.
Change H Red DDL
Change H Green DDL
Change H Purple DDL

Also, we'll be getting Zerosum raws for the foreseeable future, so if you hear of anyone looking for a raw provider on series from that magazine, let us know.  It's 700 pages, so we won't be bothering to scan all that shit if no one's going to do anything with it (Loveless runs in this mag, I don't know if anything else that has much of a following is in there though).

WOW!, Traps, Doppelgangers, and Traps!

Alright, there's a lot going on tonight, so take it slow and let's just go step by step.
First we've got Hikarism ch 2, from the more recent Change H.  Honestly, this should have come out a while ago, but it got held up in cleaning due to the cleaner on this project having some real life stuff he had to prioritize, and then the same thing happened in typesetting.  Anyway, now that it's out, who cares about that anymore, go read it!
Hikarism ch 2 DDL

Next on the agenda is chapter two of Near Equal, one of our non-trap series.  I thought this was a pretty good chapter, and I hope you agree:
Near Equal ch 2 DDL

After that, we have the scans of the new Oto Nyan for you!  Like last time, we're making everything except the manga public right off the bat.  Of particular interest in the set we put up is that udk did an illustration for the gallery again this time.  Some comments about the manga however - it looks like this magazine is a little like Change H in that some ongoing series will take an issue off, since some that should have continuations aren't in this issue, also, Docchi is only four pages this month.  In any case, the content looks pretty good this time around (a little more to my taste, last issue had some stuff that was a little whorish for my liking, really).  It's a two part archive.
Oto Nyan Issue Two DDL pt 1
Oto Nyan Issue Two DDL pt 2

Last but not least, something we had no involvement in.  You may have noticed that we use Haruka from Amagami SS as our mascot, in fact the WOW! in WOW!scans is from one of her Engrish lines in the show.  Keeping that in mind, whether you're familiar with the show or not, you should go download this non-H doujin based on her and the MC just before they started really dating.  It's the first post, unless you run across this weeks from now or something:
http://kibitou4life.wordpress.com/

One final little thing, for any trap loving Vocaloid fans, the Vocaloid Piko, made with samples from Piko, the guy who sings both male and female parts on NND came out a little while ago, and he's already got some songs out.  Youtube is full of trash, I don't think people are reuploading there yet, but if you have a NND account, his tag is: 歌手音ピコ

WOW!, Training and Lots of Abgrund!

Alright, first up tonight, we've got Kaichu! chapter 6. Mei no Naisho 7 is still in typesetting, typesetting's bottlenecking a bit due to a fantastic surprise we have in the works for you guys. It's worth it, trust me.
Kaichu! ch 6 DDL

So... Taru Yume... Here's the basic gist of things:
I have scans of 1, 3, and 5. I just bought and scanned the first one myself, 3 and 5 were floating around the net. I'm only going to translate this series if we can find the missing books though. If anyone spots a copy of 2 or 4 for sale, let me know right away before it gets sold: WOWscans@gmail.com

Happy New Years!

Happy New Year's everyone!  I'm not sure if I'll be around on New Year's Day, so you get your celebratory gifts today instead!  First up, we've got a chapter from another Oto Nyan series for you, this one's called Ato no Matsuri (a festival themed chapter seems appropriate for NYE, right?).

Ato no Matsuri ch 1 DDL:
http://www.mediafire.com/?maldz5aa1127asj

Next, some Winter Comiket (C79) coverage...  So far we've only got two trap/TG themed doujins. One's a Milky Holmes parody doujin, I didn't like it terribly much, but it's got plenty of sex so it's possibly worth checking out...  There's also a Kyonko doujin that I didn't care for the art in, but I thought it had a really interesting premise.

C79 Trap/TG doujin folder:

And finally, some non-manga stuff I've been sort of compiling for a while.  I dunno how many of you guys listen to J-Core type stuff, but I've been working on getting discogs put together for some of the artists/circles I like.  The first one up is TANO*C...  All it's missing at the moment is the 'Eternal Nanosecond' solo album that came out at C79 and hasn't been uploaded yet.  That'll go in the folder as soon as it appears.  Coming up next in this musical side project are SharpnelSound and Mob Squad Tokyo stuff.

WOW!, I Dunno What to Say this Time~

Hokay.  So.  We've got the new Mei no Naisho, and we've also got some Cherry Girls raws...  The Cherry Girls stuff, we scanned the second volume, the first is public raws.  We'll be working on Cherry Girls in the near future, but I thought I'd share some deliciously high res scans with y'all, since the book was so damn pretty.  Mei no Naisho this time around was an amazing chapter, anyone who isn't reading this series yet should catch up just because of this chapter, seriously.

WOW!, Change H Raws Do Exist!

Alright, so being aware that Change H raws get hard to find at times, I did a couple things.  First I organized and reuploaded the first three volumes.  Then, when I scanned our copies of Green and Purple, I separated out the stuff we're going to work on, and uploaded the rest.  Two things to note on the Green and Purple raws.  First, the scans are untouched - they are in the same shape as if I were handing them to our cleaners, no cropping, no resize, no anything.  With all the scanning left to do, it didn't seem like a terribly valuable use of time, since I am absolutely stupid at image editing, even cropping can take me quite a while.  If someone ends up going through and sprucing them up and would be willing to let me swap out the ones in the share folder for something more reader-friendly, let me know.  The second thing is:  By posting these raws like this, I'm kind of hoping some of the stuff we don't end up translating gets picked up by some other group so that you guys get more content in total - However, these raws aren't quite public, if you do use them for a scanlation, please credit NJManga for the raws.

Change H Sharefolder:
http://www.mediafire.com/?2ccgwzt5mp7cw

Also, Mei no Naisho chapter 5 should be out tomorrow, barring any big incidents.  It's a really good chapter, I'm looking forward to getting it released.

WOW! Who Expected This!?

Well, some people expressed interest in the parts of Waai other than the manga, so I scanned those parts like I did back when Oto Nyan came out.  The scans are fairly raw, I didn't do much other than crop them, but they're fairly high res, so do what you want with them.  Before anyone asks, no, we aren't going to do anything with the light novel that's being serialized in the end of the magazine (at least not in the foreseeable future.  These raws are courtesy of NJManga, our friendly local raw provider.  I'll add the folder to the projects page later, but for now here's the link:
http://www.mediafire.com/?z35ur5dn8nvm7

(The volume three stuff is still uploading as I post this, but it should show up pretty soon.  Let me know if it doesn't.)

WOW!, It's a Lot of Porn!

Alright, a not-really-WOW!scans-related blog update for the first time in quite a while.  I've been working on piecing together a torrent of all known-to-be-scanned shota/trap anthology magazines for a while now, and it's finally done.  They're all shota anthologies, but I'd guess a little over half of them are focused on crossdressing, so I figured y'all might be interested.  I dunno, check it out or not, it's your prerogative.

http://sukebei.nyaatorrents.org/?page=torrentinfo&tid=37813

WOW!, Yamada's Not at Home, so She Has No Spiffy Pictures~

Anyway, no pics, but I did get the Oto*Nyan disc ripped.  It's a sound-disc, looks like it's a sort of 'how to be a trap' kind of thing.  We won't be subbing it, at least any time soon, so anyone who is inclined can feel free without stepping on our toes.

WOW!, What the Hell is Oto*Nyan!?!

Depending on how much attention you pay to the trap scene, you may have known that it was about time for the new trap quarterly, Oto*Nyan to show up.  My copy showed up yesterday, so I've got all the non-manga content scanned for you guys already (there's quite a bit, an illustration gallery, interviews, reviews, much more than Waai has in terms of non-manga content).  Within the next few days (directly following us finally releasing Kaichu! 3), we'll release a few of the shorter manga stories (there's a couple 4 page stories and a couple 12 page stories) to give you an idea of the content in this magazine before we start working on anything really long out of it, especially since everything looks to be ongoing series, too.  Raws for all the stories we decide we aren't working on will go public pretty quickly, keep an eye out here or at Desuchan, or just ask about them.

WOW! Comiket stuff is still coming out?

Alright, we've got a scanlation release coming soon, hopefully tonight, but I thought I'd get this upload thread out of the way first so we don't end up with too much clutter in that post.  It's a collection of comiket stuff, some trap related and some Vocaloid.  I'll go with the traps first.

We all know I like abgrund a lot, and these two uploads mean that we've got everything he put out this year, which is pretty nice.  Don't ask about Eien translations at the moment, the guy who did the first book may have already completed the script for part 2, so I'm just going to play 'wait and see' on that.  Also, I'm not really sure what the second one's a parody work of...
Eien 3: http://www.mediafire.com/?776tbs5tt5kpsuy

  結:  http://www.mediafire.com/?4xint3app7hyghx

These uploads, if I'm not mistake, bring us back up to the point where all the c78 Vocaloid is available here.  There's three albums, I think Distorted Princess has been floating around for a while already though.  I think all three are definitely worth a listen, in any case.

WOW, it's Vocaloid and Download Mirrors

READ THIS PART:
If you were paying attention, you'd know that we've had issues with links getting reported and such.  I'm not 100% sure if it's manual reporting, as popular mediafire links seem to be coming down all over the place lately, so I wouldn't rule out some sort of bot-reporting or manual checks of links with a certain number of hits in a short time period.  Anyway the solution I've come to is just giving the general sharefolder link for WOW!scans in the mediafire, and also setting up a share folder on megaupload.  I'll still put up direct links with new releases, but bookmark these two, because they're where reuploads will show up when links break:

General WOW! housekeeping stuff:
I'd like to sub the Prunus Girl drama CD, but for a variety of reasons it would be a massive pain in the ass compared to working with manga.  If anyone wants to work on it as a joint release, email me and we can talk about exactly which aspects I'd need help with before considering it seriously any time soon.  I'll probably do something for it translation wise anyway, but not till the very very end of my to do list.
We're looking for Mei no Naisho raws.  If anyone has a copy they could scan or somehow ran across raws online (I couldn't find any when I looked ;_;) It's be awesome if you could share.  So far volume one is out by another group (find em on mangahelpers), and it's a really cute story, so I'd like to get the ball rolling on it again.

Vocaloid:
Yeah, yesterday I said I had something to share, and I do.  It's the four disc compilation album from comiket that you may have seen me mention at some point.  Since it's four discs, and it uses Miku, Rin, Len, and possibly more, and the musical styles change from song to song, AND it's a compilation of works be different artists, I think it has something for everyone.  Definitely check it out.  External link for this one, since tora.to already messes up tags a bit, I don't want to mangle them further and then re upload:
http://tora.to/blog/454815.htm

Also, holic is uploading some stuff, I think all the comiket albums are reposts of stuff I've already shared here (with 90% more mangled tags...), but he's sharing some Voc@loid M@ster stuff as well.  Holic does garble his tags and album names pretty badly, but it's still worth sharing his blog link with ya:

WOW, we're caught up to Japan

Alright, so first things first, we're proud to bring you Prunus Girl chapter 16, the most recent chapter published in Gangan Joker - meaning we're now caught up with the Japanese serialization, and it'll be month waits between chapters again.  I guess that's both a good thing and a bad thing as a fan when you get caught up like that.  Also, since they're advertising the Drama CD so much, you might have gotten interested in it...  I'm seeding the mp3 version on TokyoToshokan right now, or you can snag it from the DDL's below.

Other than that, I thought it might be nice to let you guys know I already have some raws in my hands for series in Waai vol 2 that we're for sure taking over, so expect Waai stuff to be next on the (non-hentai) plate.
We may do something else by abgrund before taking the plunge into the Waai projects, it all depends on how we feel over the next day or two.

THIS IS IMPORTANT, YOU SHOULD READ IT:
It's looking like someone's been reporting our links to mediafire or something, since earlier today all three Prunus Girl releases and the Love Pura doujin all got removed at the same time.  They're back up, you can grab them here:  http://www.mediafire.com/?nz347zx170bng
I'm going to get a megaupload set up for WOW!scans as well so that we have some backup mirrors going on, but always let me know when you notice something got taken down so I can reupload it.  Before trying to tell me something's down though, make sure to check that folder share link I just posted, as I'm not going to go through the whole blog and change all the direct links every time something gets replaced.  That was a long blog post, so expect another post tomorrow with the scoop on the megaupload stuff, I have some Vocaloid shares to get up anyway.

WOW, we're "Energetically" pursuing Waai

Alright, so I know a lot of people are waiting warmly for news of the situation surrounding translation of the Waai manga.  If you were paying attention, you'd probably guessed it was about time for me to get in touch with The Energy Trade about this very concern.  Basically, the plans we've worked out for the moment are for WOW!scans to work on the stories that The Energy Trade isn't working on, and The Energy Trade will continue with Sazanami Cherry, Otokonoko Tokidoki Onnanoko, and Reversible School Life.  They're also pretty near to being ready to release a one-shot that ran in the first issue of Waai.  I also offered to share staff for possible joint releases to hopefully help expedite releases on the series we're leaving in their hands.  Now, I know some of you are probably concerned that you'll be waiting forever for the series we left with The Energy Trade due to the wait you've already endured - if they don't start making releases by the time we've worked our way through the other stories, I'm planning on keeping in touch with them and we'd renegotiate things at that point to make sure you guys get your translations in a reasonable time frame.  Now, I don't like making updates without giving you something to download, so I've uploaded the raw of the first volume of Waai, broken into two parts.  There's the manga, obviously, but Waai actually has a lot more going on in it than the manga.  The other sections include a lot of visual novel game articles and anime articles, and there's some interesting crossdressing related ads and stuff.  This part of the magazine probably won't get translated, so it's safe to grab the raw now and not have to worry about replacing it later.

So, to kind of help sort out what's going on with translations, 14 and 15 are available by some Juhachi guy at Mangatraders.  His translation is worth reading if you're impatient, but it's a speed job, so if you do wind up reading his, snag ours for your archive.  Also, we have an exclusive raw provider (there aren't publicly available raws) for chapter 16, so stuff won't be a clusterfuck anymore.  Our copy of chapter 15 will probably be out tomorrow or sometime Wednesday, I'm planning on having the script ready for Koizumi when he wakes up tomorrow so he can figure out when he's fitting it into his LoL schedule...  That's all I'm going to say to address the Juhachi situation or our current planned schedule for the moment.

Other than that, someone on /a/ asked for some Hideyoshi batch uploads, there's a batch of 7 doujins and a batch of 4 doujins plus a fan art folder.  It's a mix of translated and raw, the translated ones are all properly labeled with their scan group names (none of these were WOW!scans projects):

Prunus Girl Status Update and More c78 Vocaloid

So, since I know a lot of people are waiting (im)patiently for more translations of Prunus Girl, and I promised to keep everyone in the loop so that you don't get worried that things are going to get forgotten again, I figured you could use a rough schedule for the next chapter or two.  Barring any surprises, I'd expect chapter 14 by late Tuesday or sometime Wednesday.  15 will hopefully be done sometime this coming weekend.  After that I'll probably be dying for another few days of rest from translating again, so I won't try to project anything specific for chapter 16.  After that it may be time for another abgrund book (Eien 2, I'm looking at you) for a change of pace.  Also, someone at desuchan's /tr/ bought and uploaded one of abgrund's Taru Yume books, so maybe that'll help tide you all over:
http://www.mediafire.com/?9ky7417biklmwhp

On the Vocaloid front, something just recently got uploaded from c78 that may excite a lot of people...  The picture for this post is the cover from "Centralia," and album full of Rin-rock.  I love Miku, but it sure is nice to get some variety once in a while, and Rin's so suited to rock that you can't help but be happy when an album full of it falls into your lap all of a sudden.  External link for this one, since ALL the tags would be fucked if I tried a reupload for you guys:
http://community.livejournal.com/jdownload/1933863.html
There's also a single that's pretty darn good.  It's really trance-y, and has a heavier beat than a lot of the Vocaloid you hear coming out all the time, which is a nice change of pace too.  It's called "Sky Ended" and it's from "Frozen System Records."  Unfortunately it's only one song with 5 different mixes, but I definitely think it's worth the download:
